  • Consent of Establish & Operate (Industrial as well as Construction): Consents of State Pollution Control Board, under the Water Act. 1974, the Air Act. 1981 and Authorization under the Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 complete study of the project and the prepare application with technically and scientifically compilation.     Environmental Statement Report: As per the rule of 14 of Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 1992Environmental Statement Report should be submitted on financial year ending. This is need to assess your consumption and used status and treatment (Air, Water, Light, Fuel etc) We collect the data & fill up information of industries related to environment in from no. V & submission to MPCB on or before 30th Sept. of each year.
    Hazardous Waste Returns: To comply with Hazardous waste rule 1989 & amendments made their under, we submit all information in form no. III, XIV, XV to MPCB.
    Safety audits as per ISO 14489:1998: We can arrange the Safety survey, Safety inventory, Inspection, Discussion with personals, data collection, Documentation, audit report preparation in prescribe manner & submission to authority.
